About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant Instructor. As an Assistant Instructor, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver lessons and facilitate classroom activities under the guidance of the lead instructor.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance in understanding and completing assignments.
  • Supervise and engage with students during class breaks and outdoor activities.
  • Assist in the organization and preparation of instructional materials and resources.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment by monitoring student behavior.
  • Collaborate with the lead instructor and other team members to develop and implement lesson plans.
  • Assess and record student progress and contribute to the creation of student progress reports.
