Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

  • 2-3+ years of experience managing staff.
  • 7+ years of experience in a public accounting tax group.
  • 2-3+ years of tax prep experience for high-net worth individuals, estates, and trusts.
  • Excellent analytical and technical tax skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing projects in a rapidly growing firm.
  • Proven team-oriented leadership skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
