We are seeking a skilled Guitar Technician to join our team. As a key member of our repair team, you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship and exceptional customer experience.

• Interact with customers to understand their needs and ensure a positive experience
• Service customer-owned instruments with precision and care
• Maintain store-owned gear and complete warranty repair work

• Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
• Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products (preferred)
