Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Spray Painter to join our team at Architectural Window Restoration, Inc. This is a full-time position, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, requiring a mature and reliable individual with a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality spray painting in a controlled environment.
  • Mix and apply multi-part coatings systems with precision.
  • Meet daily quotas and maintain strict quality standards.
  • Work safely and in accordance with OSHA and AWR corporate safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in detail spray painting.
  • Excellent knowledge of coatings systems and application techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to lift 75lbs and work in a standing position for extended periods.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
