Job Summary

Piedmont HealthCare is seeking a highly skilled Cardiac and Vascular Sonographer to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound tests to diagnose and treat cardiovascular and vascular conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Perform cardiac and vascular ultrasound tests, including 2D echo/Doppler, dobutamine stress, exercise stress, and multiple vascular procedures.
  • Provide accurate and timely documentation of test results and preliminary interpretations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a registry-approved ultrasound program or equivalent experience.
  • Two years of experience in each modality.
  • Credentialed by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) in at least one modality.
  • Ability to maintain own continuing education requirements and those of ICAEL and ICAVL.
