  • Monitor and manage medication therapy to prevent adverse drug reactions and optimize patient outcomes.
  • Serve as a drug information expert and provide education to healthcare staff on medication-related topics.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a pharmacist in the state of California.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inpatient, clinical, or infusion pharmacy settings.
  • Availability to work full-time with flexibility to meet the needs of our dynamic team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Residency training in emergency medicine or a related field.
  • Experience working in a Level I Trauma Center or similar high-acuity setting.
