Position Summary

This position requires an experienced occupational therapist to provide services in accordance with licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will respond effectively to new and changing work assignments, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to meet the needs of patients, families, and the community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
• Provide effective communication and education to patients and families about treatment plans and progress
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an AOTA-accredited school of occupational therapy (Master's degree preferred)
• 5 years of experience in acute care or a specialized area of occupational therapy
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and adaptability skills
