The AdTech team within EADP's Dynamic Experience group is embarking on a mission to develop industry-leading solutions that facilitate end-to-end advertising lifecycle management workflows and deliver efficient, scalable, and accessible services.
As we enhance the platform's capabilities, collaborating with the right vendors and integrating their solutions is crucial for the success of various advertising workflows, including supply and demand management, advertising network connection and marketplace, creative lifecycle, inventory management, bidding and optimization solutions, data exchange, tracking, measurement, and reporting capabilities.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will oversee and drive EA AdTech and Vendor Solutions. You will report to the Senior Engineering Director.Responsibilities:
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Content Management & Delivery, Messaging, Segmentation, Recommendation, and Experimentation, to optimize the advertising workflow.
You will assess where and how vendor solutions can assist in achieving both engineering and business objectives efficiently and cost-effectively.
You will spearhead the development of key components of the advertising lifecycle, such as advertising network connection, advertising marketplace, data exchange, funnel analysis, measurement, and reporting.
You will leverage extensive data sets from over 20 game studios to foster a data-driven decision-making process and a culture of experimentation.You will engage with Game Studios, Experience, and Brand organizations to comprehend their use cases and drive end-to-end solutions to fulfill their requirements.
You will collaborate with Legal and Privacy teams to ensure strict adherence to compliance directives.You will be a domain expert, guiding the strategic vision and bringing the latest industry insights to the team.
You will act as an engineering architect, steering technical direction, architectural decision-making, and technical roadmaps.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.8+ years of experience in software engineering.
Domain expertise in the advertising industry, encompassing the advertising lifecycle, including creative management, inventory management, marketplace, bidding & optimization, data workflow, and measurement.
Experience with vendor solutions (DSP, SSP, DMP), understanding of industry-leading solutions and their trade-offs.Proficiency in algorithms, data structures, and software design.
Experience in building distributed systems to handle concurrent requests at a massive scale.
Experience with multi-cloud architectures to manage data pipelines across vendors.
Experience with online & offline databases, including columnar databases, relational databases, or document databases.
Experience with Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Storm, Flink, Presto, or other data streaming and processing systems.
Experience leading projects to deliver impactful customer experiences, including close collaboration with product managers and direct engagement with end-users.
US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
- California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs.
Sacramento):
o $161,100 - $239,700 USD Annually
- New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs.
Buffalo):
o $142,900 - $239,700 USD Annually
Jersey City, NJ :
o $187,400 - $239,700 USD Annually
- Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs.
Colorado Springs):
o $153,100 - $206,200 USD Annually
- Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs.
Spokane):
o $142,900 - $230,000 USD Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.
