This role involves assisting patrons with their purchases at Madden Brother's Market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute opening and closing tasks for the market.
• Handle sales transactions using the POS system.
• Ensure regular stocking of store items.
• Sell and serve baked goods and various food items to guests.
• Prepare both hot and cold beverages according to established recipes.
• Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness of the facility.
• Assist customers with inquiries and help them locate items.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and adaptability.
• Excellent listening, speaking, and writing abilities.
• Proficient decision-making skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Effective time management skills.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
