Job Summary:

Occupational therapists treat injured, ill, or disabled patients through the therapeutic use of everyday activities. They help these patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working.

Responsibilities:
  • Treat patients with various conditions, including injuries, illnesses, and disabilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patients' needs and abilities
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an AOTA accredited school of Occupational Therapy (OT) or a school approved by the World Federation of Occupational Therapy (OT)
  • Previous experience in a Home Health setting preferred
  • Occupational Therapist (OT) State licensure or be eligible for state licensure
  • Current CPR card or certificate
