Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations, including fire, safety threats, and risks to life or property.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify and assess potential safety and security concerns.
  • Monitor alarm systems and ensure their proper functioning.
  • Maintain accurate inspection reports and documentation.
  • Investigate security incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities, compiling comprehensive reports that include statements from involved individuals.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by your supervisor.
What we seek in candidates:

To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications and experience:
  • Ability to patrol the premises for extended periods.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service and assistance to guests in a courteous manner.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts throughout the week.
  • Prior experience in a customer service-oriented security role.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and strong verbal and written communication skills for report writing.
Preferred qualifications include:
  • Experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Background in military or law enforcement.
  • Current certifications in First Aid/CPR.
