**Mental Health Crisis Case Manager - PRN**

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Crisis Case Manager to join our team at NorthShore University HealthSystem. As a Clinical Therapist I, you will work in the Emergency Department in Evanston, IL, providing critical support to individuals in crisis.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents and families in crisis
* Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans
* Maintain accurate records and documentation

**Requirements:**

* Active license in the state of Illinois in social work or counseling (LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC)
* Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling
* Experience with group, individual, and family therapy
* Familiarity with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
