About the Job

Family Practice Center is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As an integral part of our local management team, you will provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate HR activities, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Provide support for management on employee issues, performance evaluations, and salary adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee personnel files, including terminated employee files.
  • Monitor and report on employee data, including attendance, time-off, and benefits enrollment.
  • Develop and conduct training programs for employees and management on HR-related topics.
