Axia Women's Health is recognized as the leading physician practice in the United States for Women's Health. We are currently seeking an Obstetrician/Gynecologist (Ob/Gyn) Associate Physician to become a part of our well-established practice in Chester County.
Practice Locations:
Our facilities are located in West Chester, Downingtown, Kennett Square, and West Grove. Please note that physicians will not rotate through all offices.
Practice Structure:
Our team consists of 8 Ob/Gyns and 4 Nurse Practitioners, maintaining a balanced practice with a 50/50 split between obstetrics and gynecology. We offer robotics mentoring with access to 2 robotic units at our affiliated hospital. Additionally, 3 of our physician team members are trained and actively involved in the robotic surgery team.
Call Schedule:
The call averages are 4 times per month, requiring 24 hours of in-house coverage from 8 AM to 8 AM, followed by a post-call day off. There will be no office schedule during on-call periods.
Hospital Affiliation:
Our practice is affiliated with Chester County Hospital - PENN Medicine, which features a Level III NICU and a full complement of subspecialists, including 2 full-time Gyn Oncologists and 4 Infertility/Endocrine practices available for consultation.
Academic Collaboration:
We maintain an academic affiliation with Pennsylvania Hospital, providing GYN rotations for PGY3 and PGY4 OB/GYN residents.
