Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in clients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication skills to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client goals and objectives.
  • Therapy Sessions: Provide therapy sessions utilizing various techniques and tools to support client progress.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain thorough records of client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to facilitate client success.
  • IEP Meetings: Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input on speech and language goals.
Qualifications
  • Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
