Position Overview:
A Square Group is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to spearhead the development of technical proposals for government contracts, with a primary focus on Information Technology (IT) and Cloud services sectors, alongside customer projects. This position requires a proficient individual with a deep understanding of systems architecture, cloud solutions, IT security, and outstanding skills in technical documentation and resource management for solution crafting and proposal generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with the proposal team to thoroughly understand federal government RFP requirements.
- Convert RFP specifications into detailed solution architectures and technical methodologies.
- Create comprehensive technical designs and implementation strategies customized to the unique needs of each proposal.
- Collaborate closely with experts and stakeholders to gather essential insights for proposal formulation.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for technical solutions in government-related projects.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in government IT landscapes.
- Provide guidance on technology selection, integration, and implementation tactics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Solution Architect role or a similar capacity.
- Exceptional communication and technical writing abilities.
- Experience in technical analysis and developing persuasive solutions for proposals.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in engaging with stakeholders across various levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Cloud Architecture, Security Architecture, and Data Management.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD automation, API Design, and Microservices Architecture.
- Certifications such as AWS, CISSP, Azure, or VMware are advantageous.
