We're seeking a Physician Medical Director for our medical clinic in Los Angeles. This role offers an exceptional chance to combine your passion for patient care with your leadership skills while working in a dynamic medical environment.
In this position, you'll dedicate 90% of your time to providing direct patient care and the remaining 10% to managing business metrics and ensuring patient and client satisfaction.
- Monday to Friday, 8 to 5 with no nights, weekends, or holidays
- Ensure effective execution of medical models and collaboration with therapists and specialists
- Monitor clinical metrics to drive quality outcomes
- Manage clinicians and support staff, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous clinical improvement
- Maintain relationships with clients and payers, responding promptly to requests
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine, or related field
- Active medical and DEA licenses
- ACLS Certification preferred
- 5-8 years of experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency settings

The base compensation for this role ranges from $227,000 to $304,000 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses.
