Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with their individual needs and the scope of your license.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Current state license and certification in good standing.
- Experience in long term care nursing.
- Ability to commit to assignments and work every other weekend.
