Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to order, ensuring high-quality and presentation standards
  • Work efficiently in a team environment to meet customer demand
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Participate in menu planning and development to ensure dishes meet customer expectations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and menu preparation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
