About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage our warehouse operations, ensuring seamless inventory management, efficient supply chain logistics, and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking and reporting on stock levels, shipments, and receipts.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate rates, manage inventory, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
