Job Summary

As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including hemodynamic monitoring
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in patient and family education, promoting health literacy and self-management
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines
Requirements
  • Current and valid state RN License
  • Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
  • Completion of Critical Care Course preferred
  • Basic Arrythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire
  • Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current
  • Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care preferred
  • Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification preferred
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
