Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Employee to join our team as a Team Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth execution of our services and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of Evaluations: Prepare detailed evaluations of our building cleaning services for locations across the country.
  • Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and manage subcontractor services to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our services.
  • Protocol and Report Preparation: Prepare and maintain accurate protocols and reports to track our services and performance.
  • Appointment Coordination: Coordinate and schedule appointments with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Communication Management: Manage and maintain effective communication channels with our team, clients, and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.

Requirements

  • Commercial Vocational Training: Completion of a commercial vocational training program.
  • Professional Experience: Approximately 2-3 years of professional experience in a related field, preferably in operations or administrative support.
