At West Village Post Acute, we are seeking a skilled Registered Dietician to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality nutrition care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Completing nutritional initial, quarterly, annual and significant change reviews on residents according to federal and state guidelines.
  • Assisting in the coordination of nutrition care services with the Dietary Supervisor.
  • Completing nutritional reviews monthly on high-risk residents (significant weight loss/gain, pressure ulcer, hemodialysis, and tube fed).
