Healthcare Support Specialist

Northwest Medical Center is seeking a qualified Patient Care Technician to support our MedSurg Neuro Unit. As a valued member of our team, you will deliver high-quality patient-centered care by performing delegated tasks in accordance with your skills and training.

Job Responsibilities:
Deliver quality patient care under the clinical direction of a registered nurse
Perform delegated tasks as per departmental policies and procedures
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
Requirements:
American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS certification within 30 days of hire
Licenses/Certifications: Valid Arizona State Certification as a CNA or PCA
Compensation:
We estimate an annual salary of $45,000-$55,000 based on industry standards and location. Your actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as experience and qualifications.
