Aerial Foreman

Congruex is a leading provider of broadband network construction and engineering services. We are seeking an experienced Aerial Foreman to join our team at Gudenkauf, a Congruex company.

• Oversee the installation of telecommunications infrastructure, including telephone poles and anchors.
• Operate equipment such as bucket trucks, posthole diggers, and other handheld tools.
• Perform aerial tasks, including new cable installs, pole transfers, strand building, cable hanging, and lashing.
• Conduct construction work, including digging holes, placing cable, and pulling cable in various types of conduit systems and open excavations.
• Climb utility poles and/or use aerial lift trucks to place cables on poles.
• Ensure all installation work meets quality standards and complies with proper safety procedures.
• Understand field prints to determine work requirements and address issues.
• Work on customer property while maintaining professionalism and adhering to company policies.
• Supervise employees and manage assigned vehicles and equipment.
• Prepare invoices according to company standards.

• Efficiently work from bucket trucks.
• Frequently climb utility poles using ladders or lag gaffs.
• Previous experience working from blueprints and specifications.
• Manual tool operation, including shovels, posthole diggers, and other handheld tools.
• Knowledge of telecommunications industry, including aerial and underground construction.
• Ability to travel.
• Perform physical activities requiring considerable arm and leg use, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
• Lifting, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering materials weighing 50-100 pounds.
• Class A CDL and previous management experience required.

• OSHA 10 and 30 certifications.
• First Aid training.
• Spanish language proficiency.
