Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at BayMark Health Services. As a Per Diem Nurse Practitioner, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in our outpatient clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and record patient data, including complete HPI and Assessment and Plan.
  • Counsel patients and help them understand their limitations and abilities.
  • Document patient progress and regress according to established policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and instruct patients in oral medication self-administration and health education as needed.

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed in the state of Tennessee.
  • Experience in MAT/Addiction/Substance Abuse Treatment is preferred but not required.
  • Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Ability to interact compassionately with a diverse population.
