Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertly prepare and serve a variety of craft cocktails and beverages.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of bourbon to assist patrons in their selections.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, fostering a welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized bar area to ensure efficient operations.
  • Accurately process cash and credit transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless bar operations.
  • Comply with all health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional skills in crafting cocktails.
  • In-depth knowledge of bourbon and the ability to educate customers on various options.
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining composure.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
