About This Role

As an ER Nurse with our organization, you will serve as the first line of defense for patients who require urgent medical care. Your responsibilities will include treating patients suffering from trauma, injury or severe medical conditions, quickly assessing patients' needs and prioritizing care, monitoring patient health conditions, administering medications and other treatments, operating and maintaining medical equipment, participating in code blue situations, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, and educating patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and collaboration skills, excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, experience working with advanced medical equipment and procedures, and ACLS/PALS certification. Additionally, a minimum of 1 year of experience in an emergency room setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $79,000 to $117,000 per year. This amount reflects the high demand for skilled ER Nurses in the Nyack area. With our comprehensive benefits package, you can feel confident in your decision to join our team.
