Are you a skilled Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with a strong clinical background? In your role as a Charge Nurse at Theracare, Inc, you will oversee the nursing care provided to patients during your shift. You will adhere to the Comprehensive Care Plan for each patient and support the Unit Manager in maintaining precise and thorough documentation in patient records as necessary. Additionally, you will supervise the direct care staff working under your guidance.

Qualifications
General:
1. Must hold a current license to practice as a professional nurse in the State of Indiana.
2. Successfully complete the pre-employment screening process.
3. Pass the required physical examination for employment.
4. Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
Job Knowledge:
1. Familiarity with nursing policies and procedures.
2. Knowledge of medication administration, potential side effects, treatment protocols, and relevant laws and regulations governing resident care.
3. Comprehensive understanding of nursing practices.
4. Awareness of the physical, psychological, social, and medical needs of residents.
5. Understanding of the organizational structure and responsibilities of staff under the supervision of the unit manager.
