About the Role

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at aptihealth, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to our members through individual counseling. You will work closely with our care teams to create detailed care plans, track patient progress, and document clinical findings.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual counseling to members virtually using the aptihealth platform
  • Create and implement care plans using aptihealth's innovative tools, including goal setting and outcome tracking
  • Work collaboratively with care teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Track and document patient progress and clinical findings
Requirements
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent clinical level license
  • 3+ years' experience providing individual counseling
  • Competency in providing counseling services to a diverse population using various counseling approaches
