Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of construction projects.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Quality Control: Review project plans, specifications, and other related documents to ensure all work is performed in accordance with established standards and requirements.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain construction schedules and communicate progress to project stakeholders, including clients and management.
  • Procurement: Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for construction projects.
  • Financial Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses, and make adjustments as needed to ensure profitability.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve any construction-related issues, conflicts, or delays that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in utility construction, petroleum construction, gas station construction, and commercial construction.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols, excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications, proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
