At CyberCoders, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to lead our construction projects in the petroleum, automotive, and commercial sectors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction, including project planning, coordination, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of construction projects.
- Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Review project plans, specifications, and other related documents to ensure all work is performed in accordance with established standards and requirements.
- Communication: Develop and maintain construction schedules and communicate progress to project stakeholders, including clients and management.
- Procurement: Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for construction projects.
- Financial Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses, and make adjustments as needed to ensure profitability.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve any construction-related issues, conflicts, or delays that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in utility construction, petroleum construction, gas station construction, and commercial construction.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols, excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications: Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications, proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
