About the Role

Aldevra is seeking highly qualified Primary Care Physicians to provide onsite medical services at a Veterans Affairs (VA) outpatient clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will deliver high-quality primary care to veterans and beneficiaries in accordance with American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, adhering to medical best practices and VA policies.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient clinical setting.
  • Perform preventive health assessments, patient education, and chronic disease management.
  • Coordinate patient care with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal treatment plans.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with VA regulations.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality assurance programs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Aldevra was founded in 2009 by Rodney Marshall, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and minority entrepreneur. We specialize in providing federal agencies with professional services, including healthcare professionals, construction managers, and administrative support.

Requirements

  • Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
  • Active and unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Minimum two years of experience as a practicing physician in a primary care setting preferred.
  • Familiarity with VA policies, procedures, and electronic health records (EHR/CPRS) is a plus.
  • Ability to pass a background check and credentialing process required by the VA.
