Banquet Server Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and attentive Banquet Server to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Binghamton. As a Banquet Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience at our special events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Efficiently serve food and beverages to guests, clearing plates and utensils as needed.
  • Verify that food handling safety requirements are followed by yourself and your team members.
  • Assist with serving drinks, refilling cups and glasses as needed, and delivering appetizers, main courses, and desserts.
  • Work collaboratively with the banquet team to ensure seamless event execution.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED certification.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred.
