Pizza Maker

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at Elephante Scottsdale. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas and providing exceptional customer service.

• Food Preparation: Ensure quality and consistency of all food menu items, including pizzas, salads, and other menu offerings.
• Customer Service: Interact with guests in a polite and courteous manner, ensuring a gracious hospitality experience.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow employees and supervisors to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
• Sanitation and Safety: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned station, the kitchen, and the entire venue, adhering to Department of Health and company standards.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with chefs, support staff, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Experience: 1-2 years of working in a high-volume pizzeria or similar restaurant.
• Skills: Basic training in mixing and handling fresh pizza dough, knowledge of wood-fired oven operation, and experience with hand-stretching pizza dough.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certifications: Food safety certification and any other relevant certifications.
