Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Service Representative to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales of new equipment, parts, and service to existing accounts and developing new accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their material handling requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with our service department to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or Technical background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
