Labor and Delivery Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team at Queen of the Valley Medical Center. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a talented team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to laboring women and their newborns, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, respect, and empathy among team members.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
