Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure a positive shopping experience by maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves, and replenishing merchandise as needed.
  • Assist members with their purchases, answering questions and providing product information as needed.
  • Process member transactions, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment, reporting any incidents or concerns to management.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management, ensuring that the sales floor is visually appealing and well-stocked.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
