As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at Burlington Stores, Inc., you will be an ambassador of our brand, providing world-class service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a neat and organized sales floor, and supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in locating merchandise when needed
  • Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
  • Assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time
