Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team at GE Aerospace. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and Manage Tasks: Align assigned tasks with business demands and manage suppliers to ensure hardware conformity and process compliance.
  • Interface with Customers: Support assigned programs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Review and approve First Article Inspections, identify improvement opportunities, and drive project closure.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support business needs and utilize historical precedents and real-time data to develop solutions.
  • Training and Development: Provide training on production quality and inspection procedures and ensure products and services meet quality standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in supplier and customer programs driving product conformity).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of supplier and customer programs driving product conformity experience.
