Diagnostic Radiology Technician

At Optum, we're committed to delivering high-quality patient care and improving the health system for everyone. As a Diagnostic Radiology Technician, you'll play a critical role in our mission by providing diagnostic radiology services and ensuring the highest level of technical quality in radiographs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate imaging equipment and other devices as necessary to produce high-quality radiographs.
  • Evaluate radiographs for technical quality and seek advice when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve factors before calling service.
  • Comply with all state and/or federal regulations related to ultrasonography.
  • Communicate any problems with processor equipment.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years degree in Imaging Technology.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Commonwealth of Massachusetts registered Radiology Technology License.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of various software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Physical Requirements:

Physical health sufficient to meet the ergonomic standards and demands of the position.
