Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Case Manager to join our team at Hope and Healing Survivor Resource Center. As a key member of our staff, you will provide comprehensive case management and crisis intervention services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, and human trafficking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide confidential case management services, crisis intervention, and emotional support to survivors and their children.
  • Conduct thorough case management needs assessments to identify and address the specific needs of survivors and their families.
  • Collaborate with survivors to create individualized case plans for stability and sustainability.
  • Monitor case plan progress and document progress after each meeting.
  • Assist survivors with shelter and housing options, community resources, employment, and mental/emotional health resources.
Requirements
  • Four-year degree in social work, child development, criminal justice, or related field.
  • Prior experience in victim advocacy and/or case management to individuals impacted by trauma.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Empathy, compassion, knowledge of trauma-informed care, and active listening skills are essential.
