Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers in a professional manner, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Service appointment scheduling for customers, both over the phone and in person.
  • Appointment confirmation 24 hours prior to scheduled appointments.
  • Process payments and invoices, as well as perform other miscellaneous office duties.
  • Provide basic information to callers with general inquiries.
  • Follow up calls to maintain high satisfaction ratings with guests.
  • Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to submit to a drug screen and background check.
  • Availability to work full-time hours, including Monday through Friday and Saturdays.
