Membership Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Membership Clerk at Costco. As a key member of our membership services team, you will be responsible for processing member sign-ups, renewals, and added cards, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our members.

• Process membership applications and renewals in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide clear and concise information to members regarding membership benefits and programs
• Assist members with inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Issue replacement and temporary membership cards as needed
• Support the development and implementation of membership programs and promotions
