Sanitation Supervisor

Wonderful Citrus is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Supervisor to join our team. As a Sanitation Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, equipment, and products.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sanitation programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Train and supervise sanitation staff to ensure they are following proper sanitation procedures.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure sanitation procedures are integrated into production processes.
- Monitor and maintain sanitation records and reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Environmental Health, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sanitation or quality assurance.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation procedures.
