  • Provide exceptional patient care and ensure the well-being of patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement effective nursing plans to meet patient needs
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the nursing team
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth (i.e., Puerto Rico) of the United States, or the District of Columbia
  • Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency and accredited by one of the following accrediting bodies at the time the program was completed by the applicant: The Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE)
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an Emergency Department setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
