  • Participate in Care Plan Meetings: Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet residents' unique needs.
  • Organize Reports and Data: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of OT-related reports and data tracking.
  • Support Departmental Projects: Contribute to departmental projects and initiatives that promote excellence in occupational therapy services.
Requirements:
  • Education and Licensure: Possess a graduate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program and a current New York State OT License.
  • Experience: While experience is not mandatory, it is highly desirable.
