Position Summary:

The Food and Beverage Runner plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient distribution of food and beverage products within the event venue. This position requires a thorough understanding of the product offerings and the ability to ensure timely delivery while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the proper delivery and storage of all food and beverage items.
  • Work diligently within the assigned area to meet guest satisfaction in delivering food and beverages.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of all menu offerings.
  • Efficiently follow setup and breakdown processes.
  • Familiarize yourself with all event paperwork and reporting requirements.
  • Consistently exceed guest expectations.
  • Adhere to location appearance guidelines.
  • Demonstrate urgency and professionalism in all tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in preparation and service areas.
  • Implement good safety and sanitation practices.
  • Follow responsible service policies.
  • Recognize the importance of equipment maintenance and execute accordingly.
  • Complete all setup and breakdown responsibilities thoroughly within provided timelines.
