About the Job

We are seeking a Senior Superintendent to manage healthcare construction projects from sitework through Certificate of Occupancy and State Health Approvals. The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of experience in managing construction projects, with a focus on healthcare interior and ground-up construction.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of sitework and facility construction
  • Taking full ownership of safety on the project site, including customer compliance requirements
  • Responsible for planning site logistics for permanent jobsite installations and module delivery and setting
  • Ensure project schedule milestones are being met
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in managing construction projects
  • Experience in healthcare interior and ground-up construction projects
  • Previous experience with ICRA training and construction preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Teams
Compensation

This role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $160,000 per year, as well as benefits such as a truck allowance, gas card, and credit card for job site expenses.
