Housekeeping Associate

Job Overview
Sunrise Senior Living is a leading provider of senior living solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled Housekeeping Associate to join our team. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and inviting environment for residents, families, and team members while meeting and exceeding Sunrise quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident suites, public areas, and support areas
- Manage community laundry operations, including collection, cleaning, and redistribution
- Collaborate with Care Managers and Department Coordinators to provide resident care and support
- Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promotion of Risk Management programs and policies
- Participate in regular safety training and adhere to safety protocols, including PPE, fire extinguishers, MSDS, and Lockout Tagout procedures

Qualifications:
- High School diploma / GED preferred
- Ability to provide high-quality housekeeping and laundry services in a resident-centered environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Estimated salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
