Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in this exciting opportunity. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, your key responsibilities will include providing transformational leadership in a professional practice setting, assessing human responses and planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for individuals or families, deriving culturally and age-appropriate expected outcomes involving the patient, family, and other health care providers, analyzing the health status of the individuals and families comparing the data with the norm when possible, to determine patient care needs, and accepting assignments in areas other than primary unit, and performing duties within individualized competency.

You will also be responsible for participating in department-specific quality initiatives, promoting patient safety initiatives, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to evaluate clinical care or health services, supervising delegates and evaluating assigned LPN scope of practice as appropriate, and accepting mistakes of self and others, creating a culture in which risk taking is not only safe but expected and creativity, flexibility, resiliency, and adaptability are key.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have completed RN training program and have PA RN licensure or have applied for practice permit, CPR Certification, Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate, Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate, and Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate. A certification in area of specialty is preferred.
